In this full-day online workshop, you’ll explore the dynamic world of international project management, focusing on strategies, practical tools, and best practices for navigating the complexities of international projects. Our workshop is tailored to scholarship students from Kölner Gymnasial- und Stiftungsfonds, conducted entirely in English, and aims to provide you with valuable insights and practical skills for your future career.

Full Day (8 Hours including a lunch break of 30 mins)

 

Trainer

The workshop will be led by Melih Özkardes, a certified trainer for non-formal learning with almost two decades of experience in international project management, especially in the sectors of European Youth Work, European Higher Education, and European Sport Structures. Currently, he is working as a work package lead for diversity and inclusion in the European Universities Alliance ENHANCE. ENHANCE is an Alliance of 10 leading universities of technology from 8 European countries. In his daily working life, he manages cross-border projects with his colleagues from all over Europe.
